How will we settle the payment?

After the notarial deed of sale/purchase of the house, an invoice will be issued with a 7-day payment term.

What costs will I incur at the notary?

Notary costs depend on the house price, it's about 3% of the price. (1% notary fee, 2% PCC tax on civil law transactions).

What costs will I incur by putting the house matter in your hands?

Office costs amount to 3.69% of the price for which the house will be sold or purchased.

Who handles the preparation of documents needed for buying/selling a house at the notary?

We compile the documents based on the brokerage agreement.

Do I need to be personally present at the notarial deed?

You don't need to be present, a notarial power of attorney authorizing someone to represent you before the office is sufficient.

How long will the entire house buying process take?

It all depends on you and whether you like the proposed house. Within about 45 days, you can become a homeowner.
